The PRS Road Race is just around the corner. If you own or work for a company that would like to be a sponsor and have its logo on the popular race t-shirt, please pass along this letter for sponsorship consideration. Also, if your family would like to donate and be named on the t-shirt, information on how to make a donation is in the letter.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsors benefit in two ways: 1) by making a fully tax-deductible contribution and 2) by advertising (prominent display of your Company name/logo) on the Road Race performance T-shirts and the Registration website.
Sponsorship benefits:
● Sponsors can benefit from the continuous exposure of their company name/logo on the performance T-shirts since the shirts are worn throughout the year.
● After 50 + years of educating our children, the Plymouth River School has many alumni with strong roots in the community. These families support local businesses and we, as parent leaders and teachers, are continually urging them to continue to do so at PTO meetings and in our school newsletters.
● The PRS PTO qualifies under section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code; therefore, your contribution is fully tax-deductible to the extent allowable for US federal income tax purposes.

Race Details
PRS PTO Road Race, November 18th
Start time: 9:00 am
The registration entry fee is $30.
Register on or before October 25th and receive a t-shirt
* Due to order requirements, only those who register on or before October 25th will be able to receive a t-shirt.
Prizes will be raffled off during the registration period.
Register early for a chance to be a lucky winner!
Online Registration closes on November 17th at 2:30 pm. Runners may register the day before the event at bib pick up.
Bib and Shirt Pick Up:
• Friday, November 17th from 2:30 to 4:30 at PRS gym (200 High Street, Hingham, MA)
Race Day, November 18th begins at 8:40 am
Road Race / Walk starts at 9:00 am sharp
